Service scope

Migration First provides coordinated professional pathway support — documentation preparation, quality assurance, specialist coordination and client experience management — for skills assessments, career development, education pathways and professional registration.

Regulated migration services

Where regulated migration advice, visa strategy or visa lodgement services are required, these are coordinated through Registered Migration Agent partners within the Migration First professional network. Those services are provided directly by the appropriately registered professional under their own engagement terms.

Outcomes

Assessment and application outcomes are decided independently by the relevant Australian assessing authority or institution. Migration First does not guarantee assessment, admission or visa outcomes.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund arrangements are described in your individual engagement letter and depend on the stage of the service delivered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
