What we collect

When you enquire, book a consultation, complete the Readiness Audit™ or upload documents to the Client Portal, we collect the information you choose to provide — including your name, contact details, professional background, qualifications, employment history and supporting documents.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to deliver the professional coordination services you have engaged us for, including coordinating specialist professionals within our network where their expertise is required. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated purposes.

Regulated migration advice

Where regulated migration advice or visa lodgement services are required, we coordinate these through Registered Migration Agent partners within our professional network. Those professionals engage with you directly under their own privacy obligations.

Storage & security

Documents you upload are stored securely inside our Client Portal and are accessible only by the Migration First relationship team and specialists you have consented to engage.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@applyease.com.au.
